6. How to Exercise Your Rights

To submit a request to know, delete, or correct your personal information, you may:

We will verify your identity before processing your request. For requests to know or delete, we may ask you to confirm your email address and provide additional information to match our records. We will respond to verifiable requests within 45 days. If we need more time (up to an additional 45 days), we will notify you.

You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf. The agent must provide written authorization signed by you, and we may require you to verify your identity directly.
